ACS
Automatic Cell System
ACS
» Automatic Cell and Tissue Separation.
ACS (Automatic Cell Station) is composed of an exclusive centrifugal separator, incubator and unit for automatic separation. Conventional cell and tissue separation that is time-consuming as well as greatly impacted by human errors is standardized into automatic separation.
It offers a solution for automatic cell and tissue separation improving separation efficiency and minimizing human errors.
» Automatic Cell and Tissue Separation.
To separate a very small amount of cells and tissues in human body, ACS uses the centrifugal force in a tube-shaped container and the elastic force of springs. Using the automatic separation unit, it gathers cells and tissues separated in a small space and it automatically washes, separates and concentrates them in a sealed container without any transfer. Cells and tissues are available without additional separation or operation.
» Centrifugal Separator for ACS.
For simple operation of various separation works, conditions for separation may be saved in advance. It is interconnected with the automatic separation unit for automatic washing, separation and concentration of cells and tissues. Auto Balance Rotor is applied to minimize vibration during rotation.
» Incubator for ACS
As an incubator optimized for ACS, it consists of a drawer-type constant temperature tank and tilting table. It is very convenient to use and there is a space to install a centrifugal separator for ACS at the upper part. Space efficiency has improved because the centrifugal separator can be integrated.
Time setting and operation are initialized by simply opening and closing the drawer. It is convenient for users and errors are minimized with the alarms of setting time and over-temperature.
